Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT

  • For pre-orders, payment must be made 5 days. For in-stock items, payment must be made within 24 hours after invoice.
  • For pre-orders, 50% downpayment is only applicable if customer’s invoice has a total of 3 items or more and is amounting to ₱5,000 & above. Remaining balance is to be settled on the nearest payday (15th/30th) of the month.
  • Down payment/any payment is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE when the balance is NOT SETTLED by the agreed date.
  • A 25% CANCELLATION FEE IS REQUIRED IF CUSTOMER IS UNABLE TO PAY WITHIN OUR AGREED TERMS or customer will be prohibited from pre-ordering future items.
  • All PENDING ITEMS & FUTURE ORDERS will be ON HOLD until the remaining balance on the current invoice is settled.
  • Failure to settle any payment will result in cancellation of customer’s current and future orders.

ORDERS

  • A down payment is required for first time customers. This will be deducted from the total price of customer’s order upon arrival.
  • Please comment "DIBS" on post if possible or message our page to order. All dibs are FINAL. NO CHANGING OF ORDER/S OR CANCELLATIONS once dibs has been placed. No deleting of comments.
  • We will acknowledge the customer’s order by liking/reacting to their comment.
  • Placing an order means customer AGREE to our TERMS & CONDITIONS.
  • We do not tolerate rude customers. NO DRAMA WILL BE TOLERATED.

PRE-ORDER/PRODUCT

  • Pre-orders CANNOT BE CANCELLED unless supplier cancels. In case of supplier cancellations, any down payment will be refunded or customer may opt for store credit.
  • All items are always subject to allocation cuts and delays. In case of allocation cut, we will be giving 1 piece per person until stocks are available.
  • We cannot guarantee MINT condition. No return/refund exchange on quality control issues/missing parts/box damages.
  • Price may change without prior notice (depending on US exchange rate or other factors).
  • Pre-order and On-hand prices may vary as these are allocated separately.
    We will do our best to send updates on cuts, delays and price changes.

SHIPPING/PICK-UP OF ITEMS

  • Shipping/Pick-up is by SCHEDULE via Lalamove/Grab Express within Metro Manila (Customer will book and arrange their own courier).
  • For provincial shipping, LBC Express/J&T Express will be arranged by us.
    Shipping is always BUYER'S RISK AND BUYER'S EXPENSE. We do not offer refunds for any damages in transit.
  • Pick-ups can be done at Vito Cruz, Manila/Greenhills, San Juan. Please inform us ahead of customer’s preferred pick-up location.
  • NO HOLDING OF ORDERS. We will only give the customer 1 month to claim their orders, a storage fee of ₱200/month if customer’s orders are unclaimed for more than a month.
  • For shop pick-ups, please present proof of payment and customer name to our staff.
